Roles & Responsibilities:

The IT Manager is responsible for ensuring that the firm operates within the applicable regulations and meets the regulatory standards. The position requires continued interaction with other teams within the Firm to manage IT-related matters. He or she is authorized to implement the necessary IT-related programs and implement firm-wide IT-related assessments to comply with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring that the company’s IT infrastructure supports its overall business strategy and objectives.
* Managing the daily operations of the IT department and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
* Conducting needs assessments and collaborating with different departments to understand and support their technology requirements.
* Evaluating current systems and identifying areas for improvement or upgrade to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Leading and mentoring IT staff, including IT specialists, Project managers, developers, and support technicians.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and corporate standards and policies.
* Implementing and managing risk mitigation strategies, including backup and disaster recovery plans.
* Ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of trading systems and servers.
* Managing and resolving issues related to Bridge and FIX API connections to maintain trading integrity.
* Regularly updating and maintaining the trading infrastructure to ensure it meets current and future needs.
* Setting up and configuring trading-related hardware and software to ensure operational readiness.
* Tracking and addressing incidents to ensure prompt resolution and documentation for future reference.
* Offering daily operational support and monitoring to ensure continuous and reliable trading activities.
* Overseeing the operational parameters of trading platforms to ensure optimal performance and security.
* Implementing security measures to protect the trading infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities.
* Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of IT processes, procedures, and policies.
* Leading IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet organizational goals and timelines.
* Testing and troubleshooting APIs and other integration points to ensure smooth operation.
* Working with external vendors and service providers to resolve issues and maintain systems.
* Offering consistent support for the trading environment to ensure efficient operation.
* Engaging in direct technical tasks to install, operate, and troubleshoot various IT systems and applications.
* Managing and supporting a virtualized Windows environment to maintain operational efficiency.
* Handling the deployment and management of both physical and virtual systems and services.

Additional Roles:

1. Cybersecurity Specialist
* Implementing and monitoring security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information.
2. Database Administrator
* Managing database systems to ensure their efficient and secure operation, including maintenance, backup, and recovery.
3. IT Project Manager
* Overseeing IT projects, coordinating resources, and managing timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualifications
A minimum bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience

Operational know-how of Risk function
Skills
1. Experience with system
administration of Windows servers and desktops, and desktop applications
1. Knowledge of networking, including basic exposure to TCP/IP, DNS,DHCP
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decision making at the Top Management level.
3. Basic knowledge of SQL and
experience working with various types of databases (MySQL, MSSQL,
PostgreSQL)
1. Good knowledge of MetaTrader 5 platform (both client and server side) Experience with other trading platforms such as CQG or TT is
preferred
1. Good knowledge of Excel
2. Experience working with *nix systems (knowledge of basic file commands)
3. Knowledge of any script language (Bash, PowerShell, Python) is
preferable

experience in video editing and motion graphics, and the ability to leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance
content creation and workflow efficiency.

materials.
• Create engaging video content, including editing, motion graphics, reels, shorts, and promotional videos.

• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and branding.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and
TikTok.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video storytelling.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway, or
similar platforms.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly to enhance creativity, improve productivity, and streamline content production
processes.
